Olney Mill Swim Team

You must be signed into your account before you can sign up for jobs. 

• Click on 2025 Calendar
  • There you will see a list of upcoming meets and events that have jobs associated with them. 
  • On the right hand side of each meet and event is a button labelled “JOB SIGNUP”. 
    • The button will be green if jobs are still open.
    • The button is gray if all the jobs are filled. 
    • If the button does not appear, there are either no jobs for that event OR the job signup has not opened.
• Click JOB SIGNUP for the event where you want to volunteer.
• Click the Sign Up for Jobs button.
• A list of all meet jobs available for sign-up will be displayed with start time, approximate end time, and number of shifts available/needed. You must check in with the Volunteer Coordinator by the start time of your job. Please do not select a job where you cannot arrive by the start time.
• Activate the checkbox next to the job(s) you will fulfill.
• Click the Save Assignments button at the bottom. 

You can view your Volunteer Jobs from the "My Account" section.

• Once you are logged in, you will see a Welcome <Name> menu at the top right of the page. Hover over the menu and select My Account.
