How to Sign Up for Jobs
You must be signed into your account before you can sign up for jobs.
- Click on 2023 Calendar
- There you will see a list of upcoming meets and events that have jobs associated with them.
- On the right hand side of each meet and event is a button labelled “JOB SIGNUP”. It will be green if jobs are still open and gray if all the jobs are filled.
- Click JOB SIGNUP for the event where you want to volunteer.
- Click the Sign Up for Jobs button.
- A list of all meet jobs available for sign-up will be displayed with start time, approximate end time, and number of shifts available/needed. You must check in with the Volunteer Coordinator by the start time of your job. Please do not select a job where you cannot arrive by the start time.
- Activate the checkbox next to the job(s) you will fulfill.
- Click the Save Assignments button at the bottom.
